vb44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the vb44 website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any application or service operated under the vb44 brand.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the vb44 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal vb44 user account created upon successful registration, through which the User accesses all Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus funds credited to a User's Account under an active promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by vb44 before a User may withdraw funds or access elevated account limits.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

By accessing any part of the vb44 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the vb44 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform in relation to specific games, promotions, or services.

Acceptance is effective from the moment you click "I Agree" during registration, or from the moment you first access or use the Platform if no explicit acceptance prompt is presented. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on vb44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vb44 enforces strict age verification during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and nominees are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through vb44's own self-exclusion tools or through any national or regional self-exclusion scheme you have voluntarily joined.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration details including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• You must not hold any other active or suspended vb44 Account at the time of registration. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

vb44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on vb44. The Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, nor permit any other person to access or operate your Account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your Account, including all Wagers placed and all deposits or withdrawals initiated while your Account is logged in. vb44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use was made possible by your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify the vb44 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• vb44 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request or before increasing your account transaction limits. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. vb44 will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee, as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.
• You must keep your registered email address and contact number current at all times. Account communications are delivered to the registered contact details on file.

All financial transactions on vb44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vb44 supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at the Platform's discretion and will be communicated via the Platform's cashier section.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. vb44 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Requests submitted to bank accounts may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where KYC verification is pending.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a method registered in the Account holder's own verified name.
• vb44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days of request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to the Account Balance.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.
• vb44 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

vb44 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Users from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are available only to Users who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bets placed with Bonus Balance do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• vb44 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses not used within their stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Participation in multiple simultaneous bonuses may be restricted. Check the specific terms of each promotion for details on combinability.

All sports bets, casino game outcomes, and crash game results on vb44 are subject to the specific rules governing each product, as published within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all gaming products:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the Platform returns an explicit confirmation to the User. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid wager.
• vb44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous odds price caused by a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the staked amount is returned to the User's Account Balance.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the moment of acceptance. vb44 may suspend betting markets at any time during a live event without prior notice.
• Sports event results are determined by the officially recognised governing body for the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). In the event of a dispute over the official result, vb44's determination based on official sources is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. All games offered on vb44 are sourced from licensed international providers and are subject to independent third-party auditing.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts applicable to each game or market are displayed within the game interface. vb44 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vb44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to access the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in relation to any sports event available on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in any collusive behaviour with other Users for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or reported bug are void.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any vb44 employee, agent, or other User through any communication channel.

vb44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within the Account settings dashboard and include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and reality check notifications; loss limits; and temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

All content on the vb44 Platform — including but not limited to the vb44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of vb44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of vb44.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb44 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, however caused and under any theory of liability.

vb44's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• vb44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur.
• vb44 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities on the User's side.
• Any content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform is provided for general use only and may not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Users may close their Account by submitting a written closure request to the vb44 support team at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure.

vb44 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• Account held by a person who is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.
• At vb44's discretion, where continued operation of the Account is deemed to be contrary to the Platform's regulatory obligations or legitimate business interests.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Balance in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Balance, net of any amounts subject to a withholding determination under applicable fraud or AML procedures, will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

vb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, vb44 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent on-Platform notification, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any remaining Balance.
